“For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.” (Psalm 30:5)
There is no guarantee that life will be easy. Pain and tragedy can befall anyone. But we know that those things are not the end; they are just the beginning.
For all of the difficulties we face, we always have hope. We have faith that the present moment will pass and the hurt we are feeling will end, and we will see the light on the other side.
As Christians, we know that we are not immune to tragedy. But we are more prepared to weather it. We know that God walks with us throughout our days, and that at the end of our lives, we have a place waiting for us.
Despite the hardships that we encounter, they will not last forever. Grief and pain, though difficult to bear, will eventually be relieved.
The night is always darkest just before dawn. No matter how dark your life may seem, the light is coming. Be patient and never let go of your hope.
God is with you. Have faith that He will carry you through to the bright light of the dawn, now and forever.
Have a blessed Monday!
